Meet the Author

Katie Butterworth is a YA fantasy author whose stories draw on the myths, folklore and landscapes of the British Isles.

Inspired by ancient legends, wild places and the mysteries of the unseen, she writes adventures where the ordinary gives way to the extraordinary — and hidden worlds might be closer than we think.

Her debut novel, Twins of Fire, was inspired by her own twins and the extraordinary bond they share.
